Module A: Reading & Writing 單元A : 閱讀及寫作
Reading 閱讀:

1. skimming and scanning 略讀和查閱
2.  guessing contextual meanings 猜測語境意義
3.  identifying reference words 識別參考詞
4.  understanding rubrics 了解評價標準
5.  predicting the content from the title of text 利用標題預測大致文章內容
6.  understanding the questions in the task 理解題式
7.  locating relevant information 查找相關信息

Writing 寫作:

1. recognizing different types of business correspondence and their formats 識別不同類型的商業信函及其格式
2. recognizing the structure of various types of business letters 認識到各類商業信函的結構
3. writing short business correspondence 撰寫簡短的商業信函
4. making enquiries, requests, suggestions, recommendations clearly and concisely 如何清楚簡明地提出查詢，要求和建議
5. writing resumes and job application letters 撰寫簡歷和求職信

Module B: Listening & Speaking  單元B : 聽力及會話
Listening 聽力:

• filling in and making changes to timetables, schedules and simple business forms 填寫並更改時間表和簡單的業務表格
• understanding voice mail messages 理解語音郵件
• taking simple phone messages 記錄電話留言及訊息
• understanding descriptions of figures & percentages 理解數據和百分比的描述
• understanding descriptions about locations 理解地點的描述

Speaking 會話:

• making simple requests 提出簡單的要求
• understanding and giving spoken instructions 理解並給出口頭指示
• responding to telephone calls 電話交談
• giving clear directions and locations 表達出明確的方向和位置
• giving clear instructions on the use of office equipment 明確說明如何使用辦公室設施

課程期限Course Duration
本課程為綜合性課程，單元A及B分別是30小時，合共60小時的訓練。
The Integrated course (Module A and Module B) contains 60-hours training, respectively 30 hours for each module.

入學要求Admission Requirements
須具中三或具同等學歷
Completion of Form three or an equivalent qualification

評核方法Assessment Approaches
校內考試達50%; 出席率達75%。
Course-End Assessment Pass Mark: 50% and Attendance: 75%

頒授Award
學員通過校內評核(單元A 及 B) 及達75%出席率 (單元A 及 B) 可獲頒發文憑。
A certificate will be granted to those who have attended 75% and successfully passed the internal exam (Module A and Module B).
